Hi, it wasn’t until Sunday evening that something was different, I sit on the floor with my laptop on a little table, and usually within a few minutes the small of my back starts to ache, and I get a niggling ache in my trap, but I realised I’d been sitting there for over half an hour and didn’t feel any of that, but it was the following morning, normally as soon as I wake up I start to worry about things I’ve got going on, but I felt a lightness mindwise! and when I got up I had an absolute energy surge, and cleaned and changed beds all without backache, and didn’t start to feel tired until about half eight that night lol, so thank you for giving me a chance to try the treatment and seeing what it can do, and now I’m thinking if it did that for me, would it help my daughter with all her problems that I was telling you about, but thank you again Clare, it was amazing 👍😁 x

                So glad we finally got to meet on Sunday, at the clinic , you were very polite and friendly on arrival and I was so excited to get started on my treatment.

You gave me so much information on the benefits of the products and services. I found the whole experience a pleasure and a positive move forward, especially from the wand with my deep tissue pain, and how descriptive you were throughout the entire procedure, I felt very uplifted on leaving and eager, when I got home my pain was much better than it had ever been before I can’t wait to continue.

Cooked Jos a healthy home cooked meal. Took all my food stuffs to the allotment 1st visit in ages. Did the corner we talked about. Did my 3,2,1 slept from about 11 to 8 woke up did my counting on waking. I’ve had my lemon water. Decluttered some food stuff that was well past its sell my date. Stripped my nails and repainted both toes(could get to them easier 🤣😂) and fingers. Can not remember when I last did something that was totally about me. Xx
